Participating and being involved in theatre is not only fun, but has a positive effect on our creative thinking, communication, confidence, and builds character for all aspects of life. Red Clay Community’s Theatre Open Day is a free event for everyone to open their imagination and creativity in a variety of theatre and art based activities.
The day will provide opportunities for people of all ages to experiment and rekindle their imagination with theatre games/improvisation, put on a red nose and bring out the inner clown, express yourself with making and painting a lantern, make an outlandish
sock puppet, learn and participate in some indigenous activities, and runaway and join the circus by balancing on the slackline which is like tightrope walking.
